hi sir, I had twins, both babies passes so much gas, they had formula milk, and express brest milk & after feeding they do burp also, then also they had so much gas, how to reduce the gastric

A. breastfeeding mother should avoid having much oil is spicy junk food cruciferous vegetable if baby is sensitive and gassy and also give gastica drops do leg pedaling exercises. give tummy time to baby
