Hi sir good morning what is the right time to shift my 7 months old baby from formula to cow milk

A. It is recommended to introduce cow or Buffalo milk to baby only after 1 year as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside milk and foods. As these are heavy to digest, feeding cow milk before that may cause indigestion, vomiting and loss of appetite.
