Hi sir, good morning my kid is 4 years old. suddenly yesterday night he got fever 99.9, then full night tempreture increased 100.6 , 101.4,102.2 now in morning also its 101.8 even after giving paracetamol. what to do sir. kindly guide

A. it may be any flu viral . Mild cough and cold may be due to any wheather changes . Medicine should be avoided and only steam should be given to baby 2 to 4 times in a day .if cough is troublesome then asthakind LS can be given to baby 3 times in a day .
