You can feed chapati with paneer gravy, rice with dal, boiled egg, omelette, chicken soup, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, pan cake, waffle, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, chicken and fish gravy with rice, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, seasonal fruits and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith different fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
