Q.

hi Sir..gm..my daughter is 3 year old and her weight is 12 kg..though she is so much active have underweight..should it be a concern?

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.b Mcultivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

A. Most of the toddlers gain weight slowly as they remain active throughout the day. There is no need to be concerned if she is healthy and active. Just keep feeding fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
