DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he is having a gaseous troubles then you should burp him properly and give him 6 drops of colikaid sos and No bonisan as it’s good for nothing

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can give bonnaison to ur baby if ur baby is giving gas or indigestion issues.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Burp ur baby well after every feed in upright position to avoid gas issues. Take care
