Q.

hi.. recently I had a surgery to remove granulation tissue in my episiotomy.. my doc prescribed me to have chymoral forte for a week due to pain n swelling in my incision area but am a nursing mom to 4 months old baby.. is it ok to breastfeed my baby if am on this medication?? is it safe for baby??

A. Hello, your baby boy is taking breast feeding and if you are taking anti inflammatory medicine for your problem then it’s not dangerous to your baby but you may get acidity

A. good evening it seems to be heavy medication I would recommend you to confirm with your doctor I don't think you can continue feeding the baby during this period you should give formula to the child
