hi.pls suggest me protein food for vegetarians instead of non veg

A. hello. the vegetarian food sources are lentils, pulses, nuts, seeds, dairy and dairy products, tofu, mushroom, broccoli, millets, peas protein, soya beans. these are the best sources of vegetarian sources.

A. Hello mam all the pulses and lentils are high in protein Paneer cheese curd all the milk products available or higher protein content of tofu is very good for protein.. Also if you wish to look for more protein rich food then I would advise you to google it as Google has a full chat of rich protein foods to suggest you in vegetarian specially.
