Hi, please suggest which packet milk can be slowly mixed with my 7, month baby's food so as to make weaning easier. She is being breastfed abd has started homemade food.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No Cow's or animal's milk as a drink till 1 year as it has complex proteins difficult for babies to digest. However a small amount can be used in dishes like porridges. you can use any that you use at home

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Babies below six months of age should be exclusively breastfed as breast milk contains all the vital nutrients that a baby needs for his growth and development. Packet milk can be introduced in your baby's diet once you start weaning him off breast milk.
