hi please meri bachiko bahuth fever akko 104.5 f hai. usko peedsee be agayatha.feuthure me kya problem hotha hai eska medicine hai tho bathayee please 🥺🥺🥺🙏🙏

A. Hello, your baby girl is 11 months old and she is having a fever upto 104 degrees so she may be having a convulsions so give her 5 ml paracetamol at every 6 hours sos and use cold water sponges
