Q.

Hi please help me to know about Annaprashan first food as per auspicious day what we can prepare ? is it imp that Annaprashan food needs to be without sugar or salt Or 1 day we can prepare with all ingredients Regards Diksha

A. Look first of all I’m going to recommend you that you should do this ceremony once your child completes the age of six months that’s the right time as per doctors also so it is completely your choice what do you want to give sweet or salty if you want to give sweets or jaggery to make it sweet salt you can use because I have used sweet and salt as per my recommendation never faced a problem so on that basis I would advise you to give proper salt and spices and proper food to the child for flavour and taste
