hi, please give me suggestions to increase my breast milk, I'm able to feed only 20 ml for my baby

A. Hai good morning !! For increasing breast milk have lactating foods - Milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic in curries,garlic milk,mutton kheema,saunf water,having more water improves milk production. Also give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
