Q.

Hi, Our baby is 9 months 4 days old, he's on breast feeding. Can the mother have a flu vaccination shot? Since she's feeding will there be any problem for the baby or is it fine to take the vaccine. Please let us know if there are any precautionary measures.

A. It should not be an issue if anything breastmilk will only pass on antibodies and immunity to thr baby via breastmilk, however it even depends on brand so best to consult your doctor and inform about Breastfeeding

A. hi, as you are nursing mother it is better to consult your gynecologist for it . because some medicines can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child. so,I advise you to contact your gynecologist for it . he/she can give proper guidance for it.
