hi, one & off month baby is suffering from caugh, plz suggest drops

Maxtra af you can use this medicine one time five drops and about three times in the day and you should consult the doctor as well once because the child is too small we always recommend that you should check with your doctor and the first place and then only should be giving medicines to the child
