Hi, nowadays I see my daughter making froth of her saliva in her mouth. what can be the reason? How to treat this.? She is 3 years 7 months old

A. it may be because of some ulceraccording to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
