Hi Now I'm 22 weeks pregnant can I eat Ridge gourd daily once in my diet ?

A. yes can eat. have plenty of water or fluid intake, lots Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein
