Q.

Hi, My wife has got C section @ the time of her 1st Delivery, now for the 2nd child how many months gap should be there ? Please Suggest. Thank You, Govind

A. there should be a gap of 3-5 years for next pregnancy. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. give Sunbath every morning

A. In general, you should wait at least 6 months before getting pregnant again after a C-section. That's the bare minimum needed; some experts suggest it's better to wait 12 to 15 months, while others say 18 to 24 months.
