Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors andnuh nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

But maybe general your child is having some issue with that but if your doctor says it’s okay it may be okay but I would recommend you to do a gentle massage on the hands of the child before your child maybe that’s going to be quite helpfulWrite Your Answer Here
