hi my toddler is 2.6 years, but he didn't speak.. he still speaks 2 or 3 words hardly is there need for speech therapy for him??

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Some babies are late speakers and there is no problem in that. Try to speak to him in small and clear sentences. Encourage him to converse instead of using gestures. Talk to him about his toys as they learn fast this way. Give him some more time, if it does not work, then you can consult a doctor.
