Q.

Hi My toddler is 2.5 yo. His height is 87cm. Every time we visit our paediatrician he says his height is 3 cm lesser than average height of children of his age. His height is at lower side. Is it true and something to be worried about? He doesn’t eat lunch because his breakfast is at 11 AM and after that he takes milk at 3 PM and then dinner at 8:00 PM followed by milk at 10:30 PM.

A. The average height is basically measured as per WHO standard but that is not similar for every child because the height of the child is totally based on the dentist of the child so if it is little less also okay with over the period with the kind of food that you gave plus proteins is going to help also just keeping onto a meal of your child that’s not meant to be done try to maintain a proper schedule when you include all three meals and then milk and other things that you want to give
