Hi,my ten month baby has no tooth till now but from yesterday she is very cranky, not feeding well and her body temperature is slight high(ranging betwn 99-100 F) … so is she teething or something else?

Teething could be happening with your child as a very common age to have its teeth so maybe that’s the reason but without a check up I cannot tell you whether this is the right reason or not so you can help yourself by checking the gums of your child if you see that there is hardness of swelling the. that’s the only reason
