Hi, My Son who is 1 yr 3 month old, today while he poop come along with blood. past 1 week he suffered with cold, dry cough and running nose for those in given prescribed medicine. but today he pooped with few blood. please suggest. it's urgent

This is mostly due to stomach infection which is absolutely normal in common with kids at this age so you can this consultant or paediatrician they can help you with a proper course of antibiotics that you can be giving to the child to recover from the issue the child is having
