ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, any top food should be started only after baby completes 6 months, until then you should exclusively breastfeed. Even after 6 months, avoid packaged foods as they contain sugar and flavour. Instead give homemade cerelac.
