hi... my son used to grind his teeth while sleeping at night and makes too much noise..what to do..is it normal??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. there multiple cause of teeth grinding (bruxism) due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxiety andz stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teething pain, digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain. some times worms usually self, limiting. meet your dr for more information
