Hi My son's are 10 n 7 years and into a lot of physical activities. What should be the ideal vegetarian diet?

A. Namaste Mom. God quality proteins would be helpful, so dry fruits ,nuts and seeds , panner , tofu, soya , legumes such as chana , rajma , lobia etc , dals , sprouts , seasonal fruits , vegetables , millets
