Q.

Hi, my son is turning 10 months old soon and he has stopped drinking formula milk. I am a working mom and I am only able to breast feed him at night. What can I do to make him drink formula during the day? He has his other meals three times and fruits as well as snack. But I am worried since he has stopped drinking formula altogether. Any advise.

A. just to offer milk regularly it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
