Hi! My son is suffering from mouth ulcer from past few days and he keeps on biting the ulcer? Kindly advise if we need to give him antibiotic. As of now we are giving him bi-folate gel.

Becasule supplement you can give as of now you can give it for easily a week to 10 days it’s a B complex supplement that will help in subsiding the blister apart from that you can apply Dologel that is also very good which you can easily use thrice in a day specially half an hour before giving food and feed to the child
