Q.

hi, My son is suffering from cold. blocked and running nose makes him suffer a lot. Could you please advise how to avoid this type of illnesses next time. what are the precautions we should take during this season.

A. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment at night time kindly close the doors and windows
