Hi, my son is of 3.5 month. He is active, his pee count is also good which is above 9. My major concern is related to his weight gain. his current weight is 4.77 kg and in starting 1.5 month he looses the weight instead of increasing. He is totally on breastfeeding. please guide.

A. it is some ing. No need to worry for the same as it looks normal and physiological for all . If the condition persist then medication or any treatment can be done after consulting a doctor
