hi , my son is having fever from yesterday,,,, so i am giving him lupipara 500 mg,,,, fever is reducing for 6 to 7 ours and again the temperature is raising,,, today the temperature showed 102.4,,,,,,he is having headache and sore throat also,,,,,,,can i use MEFTAL P syrup for him to reduce temperature,,,,, he is 6 years old and his weight is 35 kgs,,,, if ok how much ML should be given???? pls reply
