Q.

hi my son is 6weeks old and had his 6th week vaccine today. Can we give P120syrup for newborn of 6weeks age. If so, what is the dosage?

A. better calpol drops are any other paracetamol drops for such a small baby of 6 weeks you can give 0.4 ml three times a day but the dose always depends on the weight of the baby

A. Yes You can give somewhere around or 0.5 ML to your child as of now and you can repeat it after six hours if the fever returns also you can rub ice cube on to the area where the vaccination has been given it will help in settling down the swelling and pain in that area
