Q.
Hi ! My son is 5yrs5m old. He is not interested in writing. He is an active child doesn't listen to anyone e.I have scolded him and beat him also but now he is immune to it. I like with my mother. and I am a working mother. Kindly suggest.

First of all beating or scolding is not the solution and you need to take time out of your busy schedule and sit with him and make him write any one passage of his choice from any story book and develop his habit of daily writing one passage and gradually you will see change and don’t loose patience

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Thanks. Actually he doesn't want to write. Playing always. plus his father does job elsewhere so he visits in around 5 or 6 months. He is our only Child.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Avoid hitting children. Talk to them about the letters and their shapes, and encourage them to trace the letters with their fingers. Write in front of your child. Toddlers learn by imitating their parents and other important people in their lives. Encourage your toddler's interest in writing by writing around them.
