Hi My Son is 5m completed yesterday. currently we are feeding mom chest milk and nano pro 1. can we start celerlac as six month started. and if yes which one

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, cerelac or any other top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months. But, instead of giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac it is better to give homemade food. For convenience and quick cooking, you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
