Q.

Hi, my son is 5.5 months and is had severe diarrhea during the past month. he was okay with medicines and as medicines stopped he again got diarrhea hence my doctor suggested for Isomil, he is taking isomil but I'm worried if he is getting proper nutrition from isomil and for how long do I need to continue with Isomil?

A. If in case you were giving breastfeeding earlier you should continue giving breastfeeding to your baby and just include more of green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake in your diet

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give Econorm sachet to the baby. If you see any blood spots in the poop or if the poop color changes to black or white then it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
