Hi my son is 5.4months old and he is having a cold and he can't breath well because of nose blockage and he is having a sinusitis since birth. so what do i need to do yo relieve him?

A. it is the com cold . Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
