hi , my son is 4 yr 4m. suddenly, he has come high fever in evng I'm giving high fever paracetamol medicine then fever becomes low. He ate dinner. bt in night vomiting, potty (2-3) times & also high fever. I'm adding both medicine in attachment who i have given. plz suggest me....

A. hi it seems that your child is having Infection. so , please keep your child well hydrated. give natural probiotics like fresh curd, buttermilk etc more avoid giving oily , spicy food items give two three drops of lemon juice with pinch of pepper powder , give this mixture in one tsp quantity once in a day. keep measuring the temperature,if it remains 100f or above , please visit your pediatrician.
