hi my son is 4 months and 18days now from 1 week he is having green watery stool but very less like 1 or 2 spoon kind. daily 4 to 5 times. he is active, bidu temperature is normal. no any unhealthy signs. pls suggest

last week we started to feed slurp farm ragi sari. was that a reason for this no idea. now we have stopped it

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Could be due to stomach infection that your child may be having or maybe your child is having its teeth either of the two things are the most common reason that they said so you should once get a check with your doctor
