Q.

Hi my son is 4 and half yr ,he had bitten his fingernails so finger is swollen and become reddish with pain . can I use saframycin ointment for this? if not which cream can I use

A. can use okay no problem. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. First you do call sponging so that the swelling settles down or keep your child’s hand into cold water so that the swelling is going to reduce down and after that you app Thermophob as this is specially for swelling so it will help him reducing down the swelling to your child
