Hi, my son is 3yrs 4months old, he have a pimple on his upper eye lashes, is it because of heat or any infection?

See if it is just a pimple it cannot be because of heat allergy because a bunch of rashes at the same time so I think it could be something else only you must get a check with your doctor this the doctor would advise you with the treatmentWrite Your Answer Here
