Q.

Hi,my son is 3 yrs 8 months old .he was having cough and fever since 30 nov 22 evening .doctor prescribed the medication advent,meftagesic ds,and levolin plus and zyrocold and nebulized as well 2 times .he is having relief in cough however after every 6-7 hrs ,he gets fever 102-103 since 30 nov 22 till now .pls suggest

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is gicven. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. stxeam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
