Hi my son is 3 yrs 4 months old and he is slightly in the lower side of his weight. I would like to know a diet chart for him to gain healthy weight. TIA #asktheexperts

A. To increase the weight of child, it is important to feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Include foods like rice, potato, eggs, sweet potato, pumpkin, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, chickpeas and 500 to 600 milk daily. Keep him well hydrated with variety of fluids.
