Hi... My son is 3 yrs 2 month old.. It started with fever in day 1 and then some stomach ache.. We gave pcm and collicade and now its 3 day with loss of appetite and he is sleeping more.. Is it normal

Maybe it’s because of the dose of paracetamol that you are giving that is your child is sleeping more and loss of appetite can be sealed because of the medicines as well as because of the illness that your child has I would recommend you a supplement and please check with the doctor of the fever hasn’t subside despite of medicating for three days because it may not be a normal fever it could be associated with a higher form of fever
