hi my son is 3 year 4 month old from last 2 -3 days he was suffering with nose problem. swelling of nose and discharging puss from the nose. in the morning he was coughing and show symptoms of congestion in the chest, but after some time he was perfectly active and shows no sign of any cough problem. what to do?
