Q.

Hi My son is 20month day. Suddenly I observed today his right testicle is looks like swollen. What is it all about. Is it normal or should I take him to doctor immediately . Today is Sunday no doctor available , so want to check here before I take him to hospital tomorrow.

A. not possible to tell whether it is hernia or hydrocele without examination. if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
