Behavior of my child
he is social with everyone whom he meets, he says hi to all amd gets along with everyone, but he doesn't like sitting in one place if we go to a public place like restaurants, church, or a small family function. he just doesn't stay at one place. and if we say him to stop and carry him he shouts and becomes cranky and fussy.

for him he just wants to be free and run over everywhere. he talks and understands what we say. but sometimes gets angry and throw stuffs if we don't give him what he likes.

please I'm really worried. can u please give me suggestions and what to do.

hello have you ever heard of ADHD attention deficit hyperactive disorder, and if he's not making eye contact,  delay in speech,  doesn't respond when his name is called, unusual response to some sound, likes to play alone, this r symptoms of autism. as per  what u described i think he's on borderline of both.

i suggest go to child development center in ur city for more clearance on the current situation of ur son.

it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not.
the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 
1.gross motor milestone 
2.fine motor milestone 
3.social milestone 
4.language milestone.
