Hi My son is 2 years 3 months old, he is still not speaking in our language but he says all the colour, fruit, animal, alphabet and numeric names and numbers. Do I have to be concerned on this.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No nothing to be worried about if the child is naming identifying and speaking about the things around and for your language to learn you need to speak to him more in the local language so he understands it

Encourage your child to express and respond in your language. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
