Q.

hi my son is 2 year 8 months old. he doesn't having milk. I have tried all forms of milk with different flavours but he just take 1-2 sips. kindly suggest me how to give him milk. one more thing suggest some iron rich food for him. thanks

A. do give other dairy food like ghee, butter, paneer, curd.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron. ik
