hi..my son is 2+. having fever From last night with watery motions..and cold too.. motions are very smelly...what can be the reason and cure?

A. hi you must consult your pediatrician for once it should be Viral Infection keep your child well hydrated give food items like soup , coconut water , etc prepare decocotion with warm water and pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner if fever remains same or it remains for more than 3 days, please visit your pediatrician
