ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. Your baby's watery eye should get better on its own in a few weeks, once tear duct has opened up. You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by washing her eye with cooled boiled water.
apply light pressure with your fingers on the side of your baby's nose, go down from top to bottom towards nostril.
if doesn't improve in few weeks, consult paediatrician.

soniMom of 2 children7 years agoA. clean your baby eye with cotton dip in cooled boil water use separate cotton ball for each eye and aftet every feed massage near the corner of eyes in circular motion with your little finger
