Hi my son is 2.5 years old he is not sleeping continuously in night he is waking up 2 to 3 times everyday he cry a lot ,some time he ll takes time sleep again if i give him glass of milk also, some one suggested me that need to stop giving milk in night when he wakes up in middle so that he will stop waking in nights and also he will have food properly please suggest me something how to make him sleep all over night.
